Michelle Lollo

I’m a journalist, editor and communications specialist who – as my insta handle says – can’t sit still.

I juggle ideas for stories, new projects, businesses and books that will one day be bestsellers while bouncing around the world being inspired.

I’ve spent a lifetime creating magazines, writing newspaper stories and running editorial departments for major media companies in three Australian states, on London’s Fleet St and in New York.

In 2012 I ran away to Paris, where, I’ve lived and worked for the past eight years as a senior journalist and communications consultant for luxury brands, media networks and international organisations.

In in a nutshell, I love to inspire and engage audiences through content and communications while collaborating with clever creative types to help a business tell their brand story.

But now, when 30 per cent of food produced for human consumption is wasted across the food supply chain – which equates to 1.3billion tonnes of food annually – including 45% of all fruit and vegetables and 20% of all meat – why are kids still going to school hungry? It irks me. Big time.

How To Create Content That Counts

You want to create content that counts but don’t know where to start? We’ve got you covered. French philosopher and writer Voltaire once said, “The secret of being boring is to say everything”. Why story telling matters…

Her stories mesmerised me; the energy in her storytelling rippled through me. She was like a giant glass of sparkling water overflowing with big, boisterous bubbles that snapped, crackled and popped with life and living.
